Who are we?
Carl and Andrew established SilverTree Properties to provide the Western Seaboard with a boutique personalised real estate service.
Managing Director Carl Witten successfully sold real estate in and around the Western Seaboard and realised the need for a specialist agency in this unique and vibrant coastal area. On what was originally meant to be a two week holiday to South Africa Andrew Woods, hailing from the emerald isle Ireland, discovered the enormous potential the Western Seaboard offered overseas investors. Combining their experience, passion, and belief in the Western Seaboard, SilverTree was born.
Carl and Andrew have created a company that is focused on providing a fresh approach to marketing and selling property, truly understanding that each property is unique and each client is an individual.
